Paintings for sale: Last of the Flood Tide, Oystercatchers and Redshank

This large oil was completed over 12 months ago, and has been stored on an upper studio shelf, out of the way of dust, in preparation for varnishing which has just been done. The recommendation with any oil painting is to leave it at least 12 months before applying varnish, as even though the paint may be touch dry it won't be truly dry as the oil takes a long time to thoroughly cure. I used to send paintings like this out to galleries, and show them at events like The International Birdfair, but now they live with us until finding a buyer.
